Bring Your Printed Form
Complete the family pricing form digitally or by hand, entering ticket quantities and totals manually. Bring a printed copy with you. Forms are not submitted online. Park at 1720 E. Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825, then hand your completed form to the ticket booth and purchase the complete family order in one payment.
