ADMISSION POLICY

Due to the high levels of crowds and attendance on Friday and Saturday nights, the lines to each haunt will promptly close at 11:00 PM. If you are not in line by that time, you will not be guaranteed to go through the haunt. Please plan your visit accordingly to help ensure you can do both haunts.

We will try to get everyone through the haunts before we close, but if we cannot get all customers through, any ticket purchased is good for that current season. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this policy. We also reserve the right to stop selling tickets before 11:00 PM due to crowd sizes and available capacity.

There are no refunds once a ticket is purchased. Thank you for your cooperation.

inclimate Weather policy

In the event of inclement weather, the decision to open or close is made at the time of inclement weather. The Haunted Castle is an INDOOR attraction and will generally stay open regardless of the weather. The Black Forest is an OUTDOOR attraction and is subject to closure based on the weather during hours of operation. If the decision is made to close for the night, tickets are good for any other night during that current season.

FAQ

  • Are backpacks, bags, or purses allowed?

    We are NO longer allowing any bags, backpacks, or pursues inside the venue. They also CAN NOT be brought through Security as we will NOT store them for you during your visit.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash as well as all major credit cards. Credit card processing fees do apply.

  • Are there any age restrictions?

    We have no age restrictions in place. It is at the parent's discretion if a child goes through.

  • Is the Haunted Castle and Black Forest safe?

    We take security as our #1 priority. Every customer gets checked through security before entering the property. We have police officers and paramedics on-site every night of operation. We also have staffed security in all areas of the property that can assist when needed. No bags or purses will be allowed past Security.

  • Are the attractions handicap accesible?

    Yes, both haunts are handicap accessible. Let the ticket takers at the entrance of each haunt know that you will need to use handicap-accessible areas where available.

  • Are there refunds?

    There are NO REFUNDS once tickets are purchased. In the event of inclement weather and we close, tickets can be used on any other date we are open for the current season.

  • Are there strobe lights in the attractions?

    Yes, both haunts utilize strobe lights in scenes. If you have a medical condition that is affected by strobe lights, please let a staff member know before entering the attraction. We can bypass you around the areas with strobe lights in them.

  • Can I touch the workers? Can they touch me?

    Absolutely not. We instruct all our workers not to touch customers during their time on our hallowed grounds. We also ask that our customers follow this same rule. We take this rule very seriously and therefore, this is a zero-tolerance policy and will result in your removal from the property if an issue arises.

  • What happens if I lose something?

    Please report any lost items (cellphones, keys, wallets, purses, etc.) to a member of our staff, and we will do our best to find the lost item. Any lost items recovered will be taken to the Golbin Shop in the midway to be claimed. At the end of each season, any lost item in our possession will be donated. We are not responsible for any lost item during your visit.

  • What items are prohibited?

    The following items are prohibited:

    Firearms (no exceptions), Explosives or fireworks, Knives, Tasers, Mace or Pepper Spray, Cigarettes, lighters, or vape devices, Halloween masks or hoods, and Backpacks, bags or purses.

  • When are you guys open?

    What are your hours of operation? (The Black Forest may open later than 7:00 PM on nights early on in the season due to lighting)

    Thursdays and Sundays | 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

    Fridays and Saturdays | 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM

  • Are there any height or weight restrictions?

    There are no height or weight restrictions.
